13 October, 2022 - The English Department of Xiamen University Malaysia held an offline orientation on September 26, 2022, for new students to discover the beauty of English literature and the wonders of the English world.

This orientation activity includes 7 sessions in total. After an opening song performance, all attending faculty members and students introduced themselves to each other. Games were also arranged for ice breaking purpose.

 

The highlight of the event is a fashion show led by Dr. Song Jia Yang, with all the performers walking on the stage to show their elegant demeanour. In the following Scavenger Hunt game, faculty members and students were divided into groups to search for clues in the campus, racing to be the first group to go back to the auditorium.
